I've been here three times since I moved here in March. I enjoy chatting with them every time, and I always leave with silky smooth hair after the head spa, so it's become a relaxing experience for me once every two months. I'll keep coming back for more!

I always leave the color selection to them, and they always achieve the perfect shade, so I'm very satisfied!

Even if it's a color I wouldn't normally choose on my own, their sense of style makes me feel so happy, so I always leave it to them with confidence.

They also clearly explain the fees upfront, so I'm happy I can go there without any surprises later. ◎

The salon has a calming atmosphere, making it a relaxing experience.

They're considerate even in small conversations, so I would recommend them to anyone who tends to get nervous at the salon.

Personally, this is a salon I'd like to keep going to, so I would recommend them to first-time customers as well!

This is the first time my hair has ended up so dry and brittle after going to a hair salon.
The service and technique were terrible.
Even though I only got a root touch-up, they said there would be an additional 2700 yen charge for shampoo and blow-drying.

But that was all they said; they didn't say anything else.
Is this person really a hairdresser? I had this question many times.

And the content was truly awful.
They should have explained that it was only shampoo and no conditioner.
If that's what happens with just a retouch, they should have suggested a set plan like this.

This is the first time I've ever been to a hair salon with such bad customer service.
They didn't even offer any magazines, and they didn't ask for any.
I wore a mask, but there was no mask holder, and they didn't even say anything like, "It will get wet if you keep it on."
They didn't ask if the color stung my scalp, and it hurt because they applied it too thickly.
I was constantly baffled as to why this person didn't communicate at all.

At the register at the end, they demanded payment without returning my bag that I had left with them.
My wallet was in my bag, and they should have noticed I was empty-handed.
The service was inconsiderate and they didn't pay attention to the customer.
It was truly disgusting.

My hair was dry and brittle because there was no conditioner.
Blow-drying was a struggle because it got tangled.
The finished result was terrible; my bangs were wavy and I had flyaways. It looked like it was done by an amateur.
The quality of the salon is just awful.
